"We stay at the Ampersand a few times every year when taking weekend breaks in London and have done for over 10 years now. There is no-where else in London that we will stay. Always warm and welcoming and so convenient for getting to/from. Well done Ampersand - you never let us down. "

"The room was very modern and clean. It was perfect for our requirements. Our only issue was the fact that we got our check in instructions when we were waiting outside out the premises after having to contact customer service. Perhaps emailing the info out earlier in the day would be better. "

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again."

"Excellent location, friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms were well appointed and air conditioning systems worked well. Breakfast was limited but fine. "

"Breakfast offerings are simple but satisfying and varied enough for everyone. The staff is attentive. I had stayed here two years ago and coincidentally, stayed in the same room. I can see a bit of wear and tear, but it's very comfortable. The location is very convenient."
