"Check in service was excellent and room large with a very comfortable bed. Only thing that let the hotel down for me was the breakfast - no real fresh fruit options and yoghurt was runny, coffee not the best so my advice would be to book this great hotel but have breakfast somewhere else."

"Clean room staff friendly, the best buffet breakfast of any hotel we have stayed in. Great for kids because gym and swimming pool. The only let down was air conditioning not working and the room was stifling, we asked for a fan there was none left, but a lady overheard us at reception and said we could have hers even brought it to the room for us, or we’d have had to have a room change, or another hotel ( we are in our 70s both with breathing problems C.O.P.D and asthma. So a good hotel let down...

"Amazing hotel! Staff were lovely and welcoming. Especially Dan, who served us in the restaurant in the evening. Nothing was too much trouble! The room was a duplex room which was just amazing! The only negative was the service at breakfast was very slow, and we waited a good 10mins before anyone came to our table, and had to ask for a tea and coffee, which came with off milk. However, this is our only complaint, and did not spoil our stay whatsoever. This hotel is a hidden little gem, great...
