"We visit London every year, and this has been our best accommodation experience so far. The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern, with the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Its location is excellent. Just steps from the Tower of London and within easy walking distance of Tower Hill, Bank, and Monument stations. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and black cabs are readily available just outside Cheval. Highly recommended."

"This is probably the only place I'll stay when visiting London it's only a seven minute walk from the Canary wharf pier where you can take the ferry straight to Big Ben and all the other tourist attractions and it gets you very close to the Piccadilly line the Internet was great the properties. "Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. "
