"Clean room"

"Room was flithy. Spent over an hour cleaning it upon arrival. Stains/burn holes in carpet. Bedroom smelled. Bathtub had blk hair in it. Pool smelled like algae and colour looked off. No communication that u need to get to this hotel by going over the LRT tracks into a parking garage, up a lift 2 the 4th floor, walk through the parking garage into a walkway over a street & then buzz to be let into the 2nd floor, walk to another lift, down a floor and finally check in at the reception. ALL WHILE...

"We were there 3 days from Saturday to Monday and cleaning service wasn't available on Sunday so the room was not cleaned at all. The aircon wasn't working well either. The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is quite convenient in Chatswood. They took a security deposit that wasn't refunded when we left, even though the receptionist said it was already processed. I needed to ring them again to remind them. They said it would be processed manually only because I rang. "
