"Outstanding quality rooms for the price, very nice area"

"I chose this listing because of the late checkout and they told me at front desk they don't have late checkout. The waffle batter dispenser was busted and there was batter all over the counter the first morning and they ran out the second morning. They don't want you to take food out of breakfast area but there is not enough seats and people are down there coughing and sick. The staff is kind and these guys are trying as best they can but incorrect listings are creating a problem.i did not get...

"Plenty of free parking that felt safe, which was good, since we had bikes. Nearby restaurant was good. Room was nice, bed was comfortable and water pressure was good. They had a variety of options for breakfast. Really enjoyed it! Also, enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi!"

"Biscuits were fresh tasting and delicious. The coffee was available. I parked directly below my room in a well lighted and safe feeling spot. The towel rack both inside and outside the shower stall were not attached to solid surroundings. If I'd slipped coming out of the shower, grabbed the towel rack, getting no support and then falling onto the hard sink.....why I can only imagine."

"We stayed for one night at the Fairfield Inn in Scarborough, Maine. It met our needs for this stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. Bruce in the breakfast room was very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to be sure that everything was full and that everyone had what they needed. "

"This was our first and last time to stay here. Property called to collext payment at 10 am when I chose pay at property. She was very rude. No one was at the desk when we showed up so had to sit and wait. We did get a room close to pool and on first floor thanks to Abraham. Other staff was very rude and dismissive. When asked where breakfast was, I got a grunt and finger point. We thought there was poop in pool and told front desk and when girl finally came in she said it was...

"We needed to change rooms multiple times due to the air conditioner not working and issues with the bathroom. "

"Breakfast was good. Rooms needed renovation. Bathroom fan rattled. Thermo stat was hard to control heat. It was either cold or hot. Black out curtains would not close and city lights lit up the room all night which made it hard to sleep. Pillows were TINY. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Floors were sticky in public areas. Bathrooms in rooms tiny."
