"A beautiful property, easy parking, easy contactless check-in. The room was lovely, clean, spacious. The bathroom also clean and comfortable. We skipped breakfast because we have dietary restrictions and didn’t communicate in advance, plus are very early risers and generally were he on our way out at breakfast time or before. This was a splurge for a birthday trip and it was worth it. The only improvement might be switching away from what seems like microfiber sheets - they really retain...

"Took 2 days to get any sort of housekeeping and I had 2 little kids with me... Had to take our own trash to the dumpster because staff refused to take it. They left a giant mound of laundry in the hallway for more than a day. We had trouble communicating with the staff members. Asked for certain items and were given the wrong things. I had 3 rooms for me and my family members and we all were unimpressed."
