"Nice stay. Lacking Hilton attention to detail when it comes to room readiness. Missing soap in the bathroom, Kleenex, paper cups are not wrapped in plastic… this is just unsanitary. I had to call for an iron. "

"I really feel terrible making this review because the staff is really great-particularly front desk. I did have to switch rooms the first night because of bad room conditions. Lots of dust, musty smell, and a large red stain on the carpeting. The thermostat came off the wall when I tried to adjust it for warmth and there was a large hole behind it. Overall the next room was OK, but again another mystery stain on the carpet. I ended up buying some Clorox wipes to wipe things down myself. I dealt with it for the lovely staff, the location, and the lack of availability at other places nearby with comparable prices. I know they have recently had a switch in ownership and will be happy to visit again when some TLC has been given to the space. "

"The front desk person never gave us any information. When we got to our room, their was no information about the shuttles or menus to order out. We had to go to the front desk to find out about shuttle to airport,food etc. We are handicapped so it made it hard to walk from 144 to the front desk. Morning front desk was so nice to me and helped me to clear off my car which I was so thankful for. I suffer from nerve pain and she was so helpful to me. "

"We arrived on a very cold evening to be close to a drs appt early the next morning. The heat was shut off and took several hours to warm the room up so we could finally take our jackets off. The heat in the bathroom was insufficient and only came from a heat light above. The time floors were frigid on stocking/bare feet. The bathroom door was broken and had been patched. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Price was right. Wouldn't stay there in cold/winter weather"

"The cable didn’t have many channels there was much to sit back and relax and watch tv I think they need a lot more channels every hotel I been at had so many channels to choose from that’s the only complaint I got everything else was very nice good staff and clean room I was in room 110 and you have to slam the door to make it actually shut and latched "
