"Brand new hotel so everything was clean and what you would expect of a new facility. Room is very well designed for an extended stay. Murphy bed (didn't have a chance to test it out) in separate living room / kitchenette would be great for a small family. Conveniently located close to PWM, restaurants and shops."

"The room was clean, the beds were good, and the property was safe. However breakfast consisted of apples and bananas that were out 24/7 and milk, orange juice. So don't go for the breakfast."

"Room was filthy—makeup smudges on the walls and hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. Everyone around us was also extremely sketchy. When we tried to call the front desk, the phones in the room didn’t work. But the front desk was very kind when we walked in to ask for a clean room, and tried to help switch rooms. We were sort of made to feel like that wasn’t possible but zero chance of staying in a filthy room. Would definitely not stay here again until housekeeping is addressed."

"The hotel’s location is a real plus — close to the airport and about 15 minutes from downtown. Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by management. At check-in, we were offered two complimentary drinks for myself and my partner. A few days later, we were told the offer only applied between 5:00–6:30 PM and were asked to pay instead — a restriction never mentioned at check-in or noted on the card we received. When I raised this with the General Manager the next day, I found them...

"My family and I were in Maine for a long weekend. We have stayed here before and had good luck. Our room and bathroom were clean and the water was hot for showers. The only thing we didn’t like was that we were put at the end of the hallway right across from the elevator so we heard the elevator all night. The second thing that we didn’t like is that there was a concert going on and the concert goers were parking in the hotel lot. Once we got back from dinner and the beach there was no parking...

"Unexpectedly had to pay a $100 "deposit" supposedly just a "hold" not a "charge" not something I had planned for. Checking in about midnight after a delayed flight - quite a rude awakening. Reservation clerk was not friendly or personable - more like a cop! Room including bathroom was vey clean (small). I thought my reservation was for 2 queen beds - we got 2 double beds. Hallway carpet looks like it has seen better days. We did not use pool. "

"We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. When we arrived, the room was extremely dirty. There was a significant amount of dust on the floors, hair in several areas, and even nail clippings on the floor, making it clear that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival and before that… This was especially disappointing because we expect a hotel room to be clean."

"I was a solo traveler, here for a few days, and I was glad when I arrived to such a clean, tidy room. I was pleased with the control of room temperature I had and how there was always someone to talk to at the front desk. The only odd thing was my room had shampoo and bath soap but no regular hand soap to use at the sink. I would love to stay here again."

"there were only sheers on the windows, no curtains! Sun woke me up at 5 am - I've never been in a room with no curtains. I did not use the amenities or eat breakfast at hotel. It's very dated, and I didn't feel comfortable; wouldn't stay again there's too many nicer places in the same area."

"Always a great time here. Tanning by the pool listening to the live music from the eatery next door is my favorite. Love that it's right on the beach. Will be back soon for sure 😊"
