"Very clean!"

"The hotel was clean, but in the room was feeling the mold smell, also they might be a bit more careful with the clients and in my room the sheets were not changed, found a lot of hair from previous ocupant. The staff was nice overall and helpful, they had free quick breakfast, they had the refrigerator and microwave in the room, I loved the shower."

"The room was very clean even though I had to wash and then spray Lysol on the filters of the A/C ventilation system in the room. Housekeeping should take care of this as part of their cleaning the room routine. The water pressure in the shower was weak but the water pressure from the sink and toilet was fine. "Newly remodeled, still ongoing renovation. Continental breakfast is served . Staff were very nice. The sheets were a little old and carpet still outdated but I m sure they will work on it. It’s right beside the river and our room has balcony which is pretty awesome. The only thing is I booked a king size bed. It is available in Expedia but when we get tot he hotel , it is fully booked and ended up with 2 queen size bed and no refund of some sort. All in all the stay was great"

"This place looks fun and shiny. Don’t look too close cause you can see the age. The floors are thin. People were walking overhead all night and highway is loud. Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel with no one overhead. This was Best western at its best."

"We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again."

"Let me start by saying any vacation I'm able to take. I'm very grateful for however. The pictures that were on their website compared to inperson We're very off unless that was pictures for a different location. And it could have well been, however. The room seemed to be, you know, very run down like it's time for an update the pool was closed earlier than the time stated. You can only get one parking pass per room. Not the worst experience so far, yet very over priced."

Much better than usual complimentary breakfast with many choices and staff everywhere keeping it replenished and tidy. Turns out if you want bar service outside on the lovely patio, it is order yourself. No table service although they do serve food at the same tables. Difficult to understand since they are one and the same. Also no housekeeping service at all and we stayed for 3 nights. Surprising...
