"I spent three nights in this hotel for combined business/pleasure. Harrah's is a high customer volume resort focused on its casino business. While the rooms are spacious with fridge and microwave, the guest experiences lacks in all other areas. I received the wrong check in information (automated) that made me walk literally a mile to my room.
