"Arrived at breakfast approximately 20 minutes before it ended. Egg “patties” were burned along edges and sides. Very limited on bread choices. Sausage was gone ( some was brought out when I was ready to leave the area) coffee basically brown water. Toilet floor flange leaked Sink stopper did not work. I reserved a king bed and was put in a queen. Disappointed "

I correctly booked the date I would check in but when I got to the hotel after 1 a.m., was told I could not check in until after 5 a.m. because that was when the property does its audit for the night/day before. "Checked in to the first room and it wasn’t cleaned. Informed staff as they were awesome in fixing the issue. They immediately assigned us a new room and was still able to meet our accommodations. "

"So there was only one elevator that was working, and the one that was working was moving slowly. The room was actually great! The breakfast was good, and the property was, too. The check-in process was very long. The price was great! Overall, it was a good stay with minor adjustments. "

"The elevator was out of order. We had to go up 4 flights with heavy luggage. The bed was sunk down in the middle because the box spring was broken. I had to put a couch cushion underneath the mattress in the middle just to keep my wife and I from rolling down into it. The couch cushions in the room were filthy as was the carpets in the main hallway and in the room. The tub drain was missing. The TV had no connectivity. And when we needed the shuttle in the morning to go to the airport,...
