"Traveled for a concert location was good. Hotel is definitely older and needs some updates, staff was friendly we didn't eat breakfast. Like that cracker barrel is in same parking area so easy walk. Room was clean noise level you could hear everything. Beds to me were hard so I didn't sleep well. Over all if I had to it ok for a 1 night stay but id rather go somewhere else."

"Avoid this place. Lots of long stay residents acting as if they are in a private home. Screaming, banging, lots and lots of dogs barking all night long. Room was run down and poorly maintained, the property was old and not cared for at all. In a bad neighborhood as well. I got very little sleep because of all the dogs barking and people yelling and banging doors. Stay somewhere else."

"The bathroom door was completely broken and could not be closed and the fridge mad a loud humming noise every 3-4 minutes all night long. I’m exhausted today"

"Clean rooms, comfy beds, super friendly staff (front desk and breakfast) who actually talk to you and ask how you’re doing, good selection of breakfast (hot food, waffles, other baked goods, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice), plenty of parking, there’s a convenient back door with badge access that’s right by the elevator, and easy check-in and check-out that you can complete online. Most importantly, this place is at an affordable cost. I usually visit Charlotte once or twice a year for concerts. This will definitely be my new go-to hotel"

"The motorized blackout window shade in the room was not working - they sent a maintenance guy but he couldn’t fix it - so the room was like a dungeon - dark with no decent lighting except in the bathroom."
