The bedroom was clean, beds very comfortable and the window dressings fun (trees) and perfect for sleeping (dark). I though the bathroom could have been cleaner and definitely looked dated (for a newer hotel?). The breakfast was fantastic and well worth any issues we may have found.

Nicky was a lifesaver when I messed up the booking, really fantastic service thanks!! Great location for Belmont and the Whitewater rafting centre. Good clean large quiet room.

The staff was fantastic. There was one woman at the front desk that was everywhere. She was funny and helpful. The access to and from CLT was easy and direct. The breakfast was well kept and plentiful. Moreover, the staff that maintained the supply and premises for breakfast worked hard and was well organized. There was not much to do in the immediate area. However, it was only a short drive to shopping. My challenge was the lackluster fitness room and pool. And there is no bar at the hotel. Be better Marriott!
