"A quiet, comfortable oasis less than a block from Times Square! Hardly any street noise. Tastefully decorated room with an enormous bathroom (a surprise upgrade when we checked in!). "The room was always kept spotlessly clean, making it very comfortable. Security was excellent, the location was good, and having a Whole Foods Market right opposite was very convenient. The airport shuttle bus stop is at Bryant Park, just a two-minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel."

"I couldn’t be happier with the hard rock hotel. The employees throughout the experience were more than courteous and helpful. It was a huge plus that they sent up a refrigerator when I called to ask for one. That’s something many properties will not do for you, but they did and that helped preserve some expensive leftovers! The rooms were clean, to include the bathroom. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Manhattan, especially Midtown"

We had to check out early due to a blizzard that was headed our way - without even asking, the hotel offered to refund our last night which was greatly appreciated. "Did not use the gym. We bought coffee at the shop downstairs because the breakfast lines were much too long at the times we wanted to go. Beds were comfy, noise level was good. Shower was hot but does have to run for a long time to get hot as opposed to warm-hot. We used a plastic tablecloth and wall putty to cover the shower wall as the shadow show would have been an issue for us. Great location! Excellent, helpful, pleasant staff. Plenty of closet space. Wish there was a microwave in the room....
