The amenities are special from its pillows to Dyson hair dryer. Great view from the room. This is definitely a special place to stay in Bangkok. "

"This has been a go to hotel for me in Bangkok, the staff are great the area is also great, it needed some maintenance but unfortunately the refurbishment by Paola Novane has not hit the mark. The reason for our stays is it felt authentic Thai now it feels like a new looking hotel. Unfortunately we will look for another authentic thai hotel to stay in the future."

"Easy to access 7-11 store and Thai traditional massage salon. We spent nice time with Banyantree Bangkok. Especially, the staff who take care us on check-in time, she was so lovely. I hope she would come to Japan in someday. "

Incredible staff and also very well staffed (almost no wait for anything). Area felt very safe and was walkable. Metro access was about 10 minute walk with no major road crossings needed. Nice shopping nearby. Airport pickup was great, the driver even notified the hotel when we were close in order to prepare for our arrival - with multiple staff members...
