I really liked the location and how clean the hotel was. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc were really great. The bed was firm which I prefer. No complaints.
The staff was very friendly, kind, helpful. 10/10
The hotel was clean, updated, great amenities.
I had a surgery in Thailand and it was a perfect spot since my room had a good amount of amenities, eating there was easy, not a far drive from everything as well.
Stunnnning pool
The facilities are having a bathtub is a real plus. The restaurant features high ceilings and bright orange walls adorned with stylish artwork, creating a cheerful atmosphere.
It was unfortunate that the door to my room was broken, forcing us to move rooms in the middle of the night. However, thanks to the quick thinking of “Anny” at the front desk, they upgraded to a nearby room, making the rest of our stay comfortable. “Tara” was also excellent. She listened carefully to my partner’s requests and recommended the perfect spots.
The HARNN spa on the upper floor is superb. Guests receive a discount on spa treatments, so I highly recommend trying them out.
Beyond the broken room key, I saw workers repairing public men's restroom while the door was left wide open. The lights in the women's restroom on the restaurant floor suddenly went out, causing a guest inside to panic and shout. In our room, using the shower caused the bathroom flood. The lighting system was based on "mood settings" rather than individual controls, making it impossible to adjust lights for specific areas—which was very inconvenient. It needs the switches that allow for individual light control.
It would be helpful if more staff members spoke English. Requesting a taxi from the bell team was difficult and time-consuming.
It is a bit far from the station, but if the issues mentioned above are addressed, I would certainly like to visit again.
Clean room, great air con, staff were super friendly, pool was good but no shaded spot in the water so got a bit toasty. But was really great. Fantastic location
So happy I stayed here
My favourite place to stay of ALL TIME. Not just in Bangkok, not just in Asia, but worldwide.
The Aiden was luxurious without being pretentious. Old school glamour.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
Cannot recommend highly enough
I have stayed in most higher end hotels in Silom, this was by far my favorite so far. The room was fantastic.
The only down side I would say is the breakfast isnt great and needs to be presented hot and the choices were not great. Even though I had paid for it, I skipped it 2 days out of 5. That will likely improve over time. Great place to stay overall though. 10/10
Unfortunately, our stay was ruined right from the start. On our first morning, both of us ate Omelet menu for breakfast at hotel, and shortly after, we both suffered severe stomachaches and diarrhea.
The room design made the situation much worse. The toilet door does not seal or close fully, leaving the bathroom partially open to the room, which caused unpleasant odors to fill the entire space. To top it off, If you are traveling with friends, this setup is extremely awkward.
there was a noisy fan next to the mini-fridge running loudly all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep.
