"The room I stayed in was severely outdated and needed a deep clean. There were literal brown stains splashed up the curtains, walls and even the bed. The carpet was badly damaged and covered in stains. It felt absolutely disgusting. Some of the fittings in the bathroom were old, dirty and RUSTY. Needs urgent attention. "

"Room was as expected. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. A real bonus to have free parking in this area."

"Room looked very nice however smelt damp . We had to contact reception to change our room as the smell was awful . Staff were nice and helpful . Parking is not reasonable as everytime we arrive and leave the premises must pay £15 . Water bottle costed me £9.50 in hotel room , very expensive. Location is very good as located in the Wembley outlet . Overall would rate 4stars."

"Very nice area. Cute and quiet and not far from a lot of train lines and bus rides to go into the major parts of London. Cute room to rest and reset before going to explore London. Did have a pool and a restaurant onsite but I literally just stayed here to sleep and shower and felt safe and comfortable sleeping here. Especially in another country "

"Staff were excellent and rooms were clean and spacious. We had a family room with 2 double beds. Breakfast and food as a whole were brilliant. Great location too being only 2 to 3 minute walk to the bus stop and 5 mins walk from kilburn park underground. "

"Really close to the tube. Breakfast was great. The only real complaint is that no one seemed to know when the kitchen closed for the night. I got several different answers. The same person seemed to be tending the desk and the bar and the kitchen — lack of staff seemed to be an issue. Nice place, though. "

"The room was very clean, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We used the restaurant in the evening, and the food, although plain, was well-cooked and well-presented. The breakfast was great, and even though it was self-service, the food was fresh and replenished regularly. The grounds are wonderful, and the hotel is quiet and away from major roads. Thoroughly enjoyed being there."
