"Amazing place. Beautiful! Even better than the pictures! Food was delicious. Staff was overwhelmingly accommodating and kind. The spa was bop notch and the pools were so relaxing! We stayed in the romantic suite for our 15 year anniversary, and it did not disappoint! Everything was so great! I wish we could stay longer!"

Our bodies were tired after the hustle & bustle of Florence & Rome so we booked into the “light spa” and had the hot pools to ourselves. It was a short walk to town. "Beautiful property, but hospitality is lagging. Also if you’re in a loft room, there is a hazardous stair to the bathroom which is right beside the stairs down to lower level, so need to be very careful at night. No night lights. Plus, the noise from other guests going up their stairs in rooms beside you is SO LOUD! Paper thin walls. And no kitchen dishes or utensils were available in our kitchen (and stove was turned off!) Instead they provided a good breakfast, but was still inconvenient for...
