"Slight problem on check in. I'd booked a triple room with balcony as we thought we'd have a bit more space also my husband and I like separate beds. We were given our key and found a double bed in a double room. Went back to reception and the explanation was a bit odd. Lots of ' but there are are only 2 of you' went on and no amount of me explaing would pacify them. I just kept getting told there was only 2 of us. Eventually after a very long journey we were tired so I gave in with promise of twin beds would be available the next morning. Still not sure that I got what id paid for. The room had a superb view and a very small balcony but it had sun all day. The view was amazing. Perfect view of the city of Montecattini. True Tuscan scenary and absolutely stunning sunsets. Bathroom a bit small but it was clean and had a walk in shower. Beds very comfortable with nice pillows."

I made a mistake in booking and she caught it and corrected it before we even arrived. She was great. Additionally, the room was beautiful and really clean. "Great place to stay as a couple and good also if you have kids. Loved the centre pool with spa jets and lying out on the bean bag pillows on the grass. Staff and service was excellent. Air Conditioning was a little lacking and the pillows were a little flat for our liking and only one included for each sleeper. Otherwise very nice stay."

"Upon checking we were greeted by a lovely lady that gave great instructions on parking and use of the spa. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The thermal spa was very nice as we arrived after 10 pm after a long drive from Sorrento. We were able to relax and enjoy the water until midnight. The next morning the breakfast as absolutely superb. We walked around the town until checkout but are going back to the hotel after our stay in north Italy this week. Also it was nice that they had a dedicated parking lot. Our auto was very safe. Checkout was simple as we were in our way to cinque terre. Very Much a 5 star stay."

Every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
