"The hotel was awesome with lots of amenities on offer. Loved that they have their own app where you could reserve your sun bed for the day. All-inclusive was offered on arrival which I paid for, however, I only ate 3 times in the restaurant so feel it was a waste of money, as I was out a lot of the time on excursions. There are heaps of places around to eat at your own leisure and a lot cheaper. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. "

"A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. "Im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel TOP. Wir wurden sehr freundlich Empfangen. Das Essensbuffet ist riesig und sehr gut. Vor allem, da es jeden Abend ein anderes Thema wie "Italienischer Abend" gibt und somit auch ein wenig Abwechslung zum normalen Buffet. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vorallem Gabriel hat uns sehr viel weitergeholfen. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr sauber. Auch das Personal vom Housekeeping ist sehr freundlich. Bei den Liften muss...
