The property was not well maintained. We stayed in 5 different areas and hotels in Bali. By far it was worst maintained hotel. At the breakfast buffet that had only a few options ants were travelling from a plate to another. And for that price it is unbelievably not worth it. The view was good but you always had this feeling that everything is dirty around you. Even in the small areas with water ar your balcony there were mosquitoes nesting hundreds of them. The welcome staff was nice but rude with jokes The lady staff were kind though.

I have never experience customer service at such a high standard. The staff is friendly and endlessly attentive. The resort is beautiful and had an amazing selection of both free and paid experiences. The spa was beautiful, and clean- with amazing treatment options. My husband and I enjoyed the first week of our honey moon here, and we would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a safe, luxury stay away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud.

Destination of my dreams!

Spectacular in every aspect. The property is so serene, our room was amazing with a view from the balcony that was paradise. The spa was exceptional and our couple massage was fantastic. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious with a lovely view of the trees and kites flying high in the sky! But most of all the entire staff provided friendly and outstanding service! Attention to every need we could possibly imagine. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and relaxation this is your perfect destination.

Very relaxing stay at Abisena resort. Lovely room in jungle, very quiet place. Beautiful pool but could have some moveable lounges to be in shade. Tasty breakfasts and coffee the best ever flavour by barista, stunning views from the top eating area of jungle and rice paddies.The spa was magic,the ice baths, sauna and steam room great facilities.I had several treatments all wonderful with Gita. The entire staff were most helpful but we felt a little pressured about dinners up in restaurant. We had such a serene balcony in Royal Abisena suite that we preferred to eat there and listen to sounds of jungle. The complimentary cocktail and canapés each night was a nice gesture. Overall a very relaxing stay.

Ganske enkelt en lille perle i Ubud, ideelt som base hvis man skal rundt og udforske Ubud. Servicen er eminent, maden er super, deres pool faciliter helt fantastiske. Spa-afdelingen er ikke specielt stor. Helt fantastisk beliggenhed med regnskov på den ene side, og rismarker på den anden side. De varmeste anbefalinger herfra.

Superbe hôtel

Hôtel magnifique entouré de rizières et de la jungle. Une grande piscine à débordement extérieur, une piscine couverte et un jacuzzi, Les villas avec piscine sont grandes et magnifiquement décorées. Le petit-déjeuner est fantastique, un buffet et on commande en plus tous les plats que l’on veut à la carte. Le restaurant est excellent pour le dîner. Le personnel est au petit soin et très sympathique. S’il faut trouver deux points négatifs : - piscine de la villa terrasse piscine légèrement froide mais c’est à cause de l’ombre. - le personnel est presque trop sympathique… On vient souvent nous voir lors des repas pour savoir si tout se passe bien, si on apprécie notre séjour, etc… Je sais qu’ils veulent bien faire mais ça pourrait presque en devenir dérangeant, attention à ce point ;)

整體體驗很不錯，環境以及服務都很佳！還是有些進步的空間像是房間進去會有點點受潮的味道！所以可以提醒他們拿除濕機或是香噴解決。 wellness服務真的很不錯，如果想去體驗安靜這邊非常適合！食物我也很喜歡種類多味道也好吃！ 最後希望他們可以提供換零錢的部分不然都只有大鈔很難給小費～
