"We've stayed at the Ptarmigan several times. It's convenient to park the car and walk everywhere in Banff. The king suite is very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff are very courteous and checked to see if we needed anything. The heated underground parking area is a real plus in cold weather. Our only complaint (if you can call it that) is that the room was overly warm, even with the heat turned off. However, the windows opened, so it was okay. "

"This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. We stayed in a suite which had amazing views and breakfast included. The VIP staff was incredible and helped us plan our stay a couple weeks in advance. They were also there to help in every way. Overall this hotel is the Best in Banff. (We went to the Chateau LL as well.) "
