"The welcome was warm and check-in was quick, efficient but remained friendly and the Reception staff spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable with a comfy pillow. The bar staff were friendly with great English and were able to recommend a drink for me when I was undecided. Overall, I recommend this hotel with it being on the 4L bus route to take you into Venice. An added bonus is Mestre railway station is a 10 minute walk away if you want to go further afield."

The hosts were also very accommodating to my needs as an older woman, and offered me a room that didn’t require climbing any stairs as soon as one became available. "L’hôtel est très facile d’accès à partir de la gare. Il suffit de prendre un autobus qui vous laisse à environ 10 minutes de marche de l’établissement. Le check-in s’est fait rapidement et nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre avant l’heure prévue, ce qui a été très apprécié. Une carte contenant beaucoup d’informations utiles nous a également été remise à l’arrivée. Pour se rendre à Venise, un arrêt d’autobus se trouve à environ 5 minutes de marche de l’hôtel.
