"The location was excellent, close to the railway station and the RailAir stop, which is why we chose this hotel. Our biggest complaint were the two single beds, they were uncomfortably hot with only a single very heavy duvet. As simple sheet and blanket would be much more comfortable."

"The room was excellent, well equipped, very comfortable with a first rate view from the balcony. The pool and Gym facilities were excellent, easy to use with fantastic staff. The only let down was the bar/restaurant area. The levels of noise from the assorted screens, the shouting and screaming was ridiculous. "Room was clean and tidy. However there was a hole in ceiling where the fire alarm had come out and not been put back properly. There was no heating in the bathroom however the lovely hot shower warmed the room super"

"For a solo traveller, if you need a clean and safe place to stay overnight, this place is sufficient. Room is tiny and one person could barely turn around. Bathroom and ac will be the amenities provided. Checkout was 10am so I barely could sleep in, also I heard clearly and constantly that neighbours’ doors were closed. Parking is at the back and a short walk to Thames river and train station. Staffs were friendly. Anyway you paid for what you got."
