"No milk at breakfast. I wanted to confirm my method of payment at check out and was told “drop the keys here”. I repeated my request and was told the last 4 digits. I asked to confirm if I prepaid and was told “your card is pre authorized”. I just wanted to switch my credit card but desk staff didn’t want to deal with my request. No receipt was offered either. Also very loud morning staff that would congregate in the hall at 7:30 am. "

"This is a great Quality Inn hotel. It’s very close to many restaurants and Haywood Mall. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Bed was excellent and very comfortable. I would stay there again."

"I don’t have anything bad to say about my experience here. The only thing which is very minor is that our room was really dark. The lighting was very dim. Just wish that it was a bit brighter. Everything else was excellent."
