"Check in was terrible. Knew we would arrive late (11:30pm). Security took ages checking form from owner. Didn’t get into the apartment until 1am. Everything else was fine - massive bed, can easily sleep 4 very very comfortably. Shower head was a little broken but fine. Tap leaks but again, fine. The apartment was great and would have loved to stay for longer. Just need to keep in mind the check in…"

"The breakfast was very good. The Club Lounge range of cocktail needs improvement. Appreciate long island tea and bloody Mary. The room cleaning is good, but the toilet bowl has a strong unpleasant sewer smell even just after it has been cleaned. Perhaps housekeeping should use detergent with nice fragrant odour."

"Room is clean, gym is spacious with sufficient equipment to use. However, treadmill was quite wonky which can be dangerous. Will be good for staff to take a look at the treadmill and have regular maintenance. Buffet spread was good but could have more varieties. Overall the room was clean and nice, spacious and extremely comfortable"

"The unit is managed by The Avery Management located on 2nd floor next to Tower A Lift Lobby. The Avery Management staff are young friendly & helpful, They are willing to go the extra to help. Space Residency is well located. Will revommend to consider units maanged by Avery Management."
