"Great slice of cabin in the woods humble abode. Clean and warm. You will need a car with AWD and snow tires if visiting in the winter. Beware though, there are monkeys in the woods and they come out in the warm late afternoon. While they're incredible to see, they're smart so keep your food close, snap some pictures and steer clear of them. "

"Obsolutely over and above fantastic hosts with great ameneties like a local shuttle to downtown and a rack to dry your snowboarding gear. We would absolutely stay again. The hosts were beyond compare!"

"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "
