Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, everything you need. The only thing is the rooms look dated now... needs some updates/renovation to keep it looking fresh and cleaner. Overall, good expeience at this place.

The hotel room does not have any residual smell of smoke unlike other hotels which is a big plus. Although it is a bit loud on sewage systems, e.g. you can hear the others showering (use of water system), it is definitely good place to rest with its price tag and location.

Location is fantastic as it is walkable to many restaurants and the metro station. The building is old and the room is tiny. Be warned banks close at 3 pm and only open from Monday to Friday. But money can be exchanged at a nearby mall.

The location is great. 5 mins walk to Taipei Main Station, 5 mins walk to the bus stop of shelter bus to Jiufen. Across the street there’s family mart. The staff are all helpful too. I lost my phone on the bus, and when someone called the hotel and said they found my phone, the staff helped me write down the address of where I should pick my phone up since I don’t speak Chinese. One thing that concerned me is the wall a lil bit thin. You can hear people talking from inside the room (and vice versa).

Great place but can be better

A great convenient place to stay. About 5 mins walk from the MRT or train subway entrance. The place/room is ok. Would not say the best. The room sound proofing needs to be improved. Other rooms tv, or someone talking can be heard. Staff are friendly. Around the vicinity there are many convenient stores and food area.
