  • Last night we went to a Taoist Temple in Taipei. You can see in the close up picture of people praying how they receive and answer immediately from the prayers. After kneeling and bowing, you throw two "stones" onto the floor. They are both crescent shaped with a sun and a moon side. If they end up both on one side, the answer is NO. If they end up both on the other side, the answer is maybe, or not enough information. If the end up like a ying and a yang, then the answer is YES. An excellent modern and unique hotel. The rooms were big and clean, with a comfortable bed. The complimentary mini bar added a nice addition to the stay. The staff were always friendly and greeted you as you walked through the door. The hotel was situated in a nice area too. I would definitely come back to stay here

A beautiful hotel in a excellent location. Our room was a corner room with a king size bed which was really comfy. We loved everything about this hotel. We had told them it was our anniversary and they had decorated our room and gave us a bottle of wine. I would definitely come and stay here again.

Assigned the lowest floor despite being a platinum member. The street noise is audible. Impractical room layout, I don't know why is the wardrobe in the bathroom? When you open the wardrobe door, the bathroom is closed ( sharing a door). How does one pack their luggage?? Please just provide a luggage rack at living area. Vanity area is too dim, unable to do makeup. Consider placing a portable mirror on the desk outside. Bedding is quite comfortable. Hotel is 1-2min walk to the subway, but there isn't any attraction/ interesting shop nearby.
