Location is awesome, rooms are always clean and I like the recycled water bottles. Also this hotel's deal with a near-by 24-hour gym beats any other hotel gyms in Taipei by far, really excellent. Staff are really the best. This is a hidden gem.

We really thought the front desk and airport transportation was excellent. Great location. The only issue was the room was really small. The sink was a third the size of a normal sink. Kindof loud at night hard to sleep other guests.

Amazing hotel, location and staff. To be honest I did not want to leave. The staff were so incredibly helpful with suggestions of where to go/visit, what night markets to eat at, must see tourist attractions. Also provided detailed instructions to assist catching buses and metros. Finally arranged a taxi to/from the airport for me. Just an amazing stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was helpful, room was clean. We enjoyed the gym pass and laundry service. The room was minimal but has all the best amenities. I will stay here again! Best part is that they have Nepresso coffee, Dyson hair dryer, great toiletry, and fresh water and snacks everyday.

Great location and super-friendly service.

Very clean and comfortable, despite the snug size of the rooms and sparse decor. Fantastic location in the heart of a super fun district, with everything on the doorstep. Kids loved the resident bunny :)

Really enjoyed my stay at Artā€™otel Ximending Taipei. The location is awesome ā€” right in the middle of Ximending with tons of food, shops, and nightlife just steps away. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and modern. Mine was on the smaller side, and some donā€™t have windows, so itā€™s worth checking before you book. Thereā€™s no restaurant, but thatā€™s fine since youā€™re surrounded by great local eats. Itā€™s about a 10-minute walk to the MRT, which makes getting around pretty easy. Overall, a great spot if you want to be close to all the action without spending too much.
