"The drains in the bathroom smell very bad. We had 2 rooms on separate floors and they both had bad smelling washrooms but the room 1121 was worse. The staff cleaned and did a full service on the air for us which helped for a bit but the bad smell would just return. We ended up leaving a cup of coffee grounds in the bathroom which was the only thing that helped. This would be a lovely place to stay if not for the drain smell. The staff are all very kind and welcoming and do their best to be helpful."

"I liked the room and the hotel amenities especially having a 7-11 in the hotel. Room was small but typical for Japan. The check in was not good. One person taking in all the luggage while four staff members just stand at the front desk not helping at all. Then when you check in you have to do it on a machine the front desk people don’t even help with that. Total cluster…. The hotel plays super annoying music in the lobby which you can hear through the door of your room 24 hours a day when sleeping. Good location."

"The rooms were significantly bigger, the proximity to the park was great on a long day. Convenience stores all around with an amazing selection of food. The staff was so helpful and amazing and they provided free hot dogs each evening along with refreshments. If I ever travel to Osaka again, I will be staying here again."
