How they bring the utensils to you and how house keeping is trained really made me want to stay only at the Murray. Most hotels in this price range indeed have above average service but Murray does it better. I have zero complaints. Rooms are spacious and sleek almost like Armani hotels. Worth giving up the harbor view."

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"Yes the room was spotless. However my short stay was marred by a ‘faused fire alarm” alert sound in the corridor in the evening. I called the receptionist at once and was assured there was no real fire! At least the safety equipment was (malfunctioning) working! Other than that my stay was fine."
