The one concierge, Ivan was the best. Resolved any issues not in minutes, seconds and was able to coordinate a smooth transition that enhanced my family’s vacation while in the Philippines. "What I like the most in this property is how peaceful and quite it is. If you want a laid back or just chilling out, this resort is for you. The only downside is thier pool. I wish they could fix the leak of thier pool and change the water perhaps? All in all, I will still recommend this resort for your stay."
