"Located within the city, the resort is a perfect place for families with kids like us and we stayed for 12 days straight. It is an expansive property with 3 pools that gave us choice of where and when we go for a swim. The property is gated and secured. My 2 kids on another room could walk around safely around the property. The food is good and the daily night time entertainment is fantastic. The staff are also friendly. This place is a good base to explore the island province of Bohol. I recommend this place."

"Metro Centre - WOW! Five Stars isn’t enough. This was truly the best experience a traveler, tourist, guest should get while staying in a Hotel. Staff was amazing, very friendly, very accommodating. The one concierge, Ivan was the best. Resolved any issues not in minutes, seconds and was able to coordinate a smooth transition that enhanced my family’s vacation while in the Philippines. I can’t recommend any higher than Metro Centre. 5 Stars? The highest I can give, the best I received. God Bless "

"food option is satisfactory, basic bath toiletries were provided, i like that they provide water heater for coffee or tea, the shower water pressure is low, barely water coming out. staff is friendly, breakfast dining staff is great. "

"The place is clean and family friendly. I like the fact that they have a restaurant on site. It was convenient since we didn’t have to go out to have dinner and the price is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and responsive to our needs. They allowed us to leave our luggages when we checked out and picked them out late in the afternoon. The place is conveniently located and a bit hidden from the chaos of the city. "

"Lovely building and great staff. Allowed us to drop off bags. Rooms were not the cleanest, especially the bathroom. Breakfast at the on site cafe included which was nice."
