The hotel was past its best days. Staff were friendly but no tea or coffee or water to room, no tea in the restaurant either. Room was large and comfortable and clean.

A little far from downtown. No bath mat, but it’s needed. The bed was way way too soft. The sink was clogged. WIFI was very slow. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is OK. The rooms are dark needs more light as they only used recessed lighting probably only 3watts and has only 2 on the bed area and 1 at the sink area. They don’t have a complimentary water in the rooms also.

Decent Budget Hotel
Budget hotel close to the ferry in Tagbilaran. Rooms were a good size and fairly comfortable. They have a restaurant down stairs which is great since there not much else in the vicinity. Staff was helpful and friendly. Decent option if your are just transiting through but if you want more restaurants and bars while in Bohol then definitely look for something on Panglao island.

Very satisfied with overall service
The place is very clean, neat and modern. The staff are very knowledgeable on our inquiries about the hotel and beautiful places we can visit. The staff are ready to offer transport facilities we need. Food are good and just enough for us to consume. It's a wholesome place to stay for families.

Day one of 5 day tour of Cebu and Bohol.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the room and excellent value for the meals. I was especially impressed with the digitally controlled air conditioning. We set the desired temperature and never had to get up and adjust it again.

Staff was friendly and set up free airport drop off immediately once at hotel. I showed up earlier than 2pm (check in) and they got me into a room as one got cleaned.

Pros: The whole staff are nice Good/new ammenities Quiet Large bedroom Free bucket of ice Free breakfast Free airport and seaport transfer Cons: Dark bathroom Need more mirror No cabinet for suitcases/ luggage rack, put ours on the floor. Need to take tricycle or jeep to get to the city

Loud and noisy
The room was so loud we could barely sleep. The front desk said the traffic would die down at 10 pm but it never stopped. Then in the morning light went right through the curtains and woke us up early. There was also a weird Smokey smell in the room and the shower was intermittently hot and cold. the staff were very nice. However the breakfast was mediocre and they wanted to charge us for a refill on coffee and only gave us one egg each which was very poorly cooked. Overall for the price we would definitely recommend staying somewhere else

Just ok if you'll be staying for a day or two.
In my opinion this hotel is not yet ready to accommodate guests. Housekeeping staff is doing the best they could but the problem is that the owner of the hotel forgot to give them proper training. Hotel does not have enough supply. Even for a simple shower curtain. The bathroom in the room that we stayed in don't have a shower curtain the simple reason of the staff is that " they don't have any" ( they are just being honest), no tissue paper and no extra toilet paper ! ,and on the other room that we got (had 2 rooms) linens have stains. Under staff just imagine housekeeping staff also act as front desk( if the front desk is on break ) and also act as a bell man. Same as the security guard. Owner of this hotel please hire more staff and give them proper training!

Checking in/out was a breeze. The room (202) was oddly shaped and facing the road. You can hear the sound of the vehicles. We can also hear the voices of our neighboring room as if they are inside our room. Imagine what else you could hear during the night. The room was not sound proof considering it was facing the road. It is a glass walled with paper thin sun shield. The sun's ray (temp) is being magnified by the glass wall. I'm not discouraging you as I'm speaking for room 202 only, and I have not seen any other room. The Bathroom can only fit one person and also oddly shaped. No hot water in the shower but because the room temp was above body temp I appreciated the cold water. Housekeeping: The Rooms/Public area/lobby are spotlessly clean and well looked after. The breakfast: seems like buffet breakfast but it was actually assisted. I was not g even a one full slice of bacon (with all you can eat rice). I would be glad if it was a set breakfast instead. The chef in egg station seemed like just learning how to cook eggs (even with egg rings, the yolk is broken). WIFI: my LTE signal was more reliable. Kuya Guard/Bellman was very helpful in hailing local transportation. Frontdesk staff just doing the standards, no noticeable extra mile. The elevator was set in a sloth speed. They offer Free airport pick up/drop off, very comfortable. The Hotel was conveniently located a few minutes away from the busy city so most method of transportation are available.

Hôtel et personnel agréables..Je suis restée dans cet hôtel une semaine. Le point noir fut le ménage qui n'était fait que lorsque je le réclamais,c'est à dire un jour sur deux!Le lendemain;je supposais que ce serait fait automatiquement,mais non!De l'eau s'écoulait sur le sol de la salle de bain,c'était piscine garantie . Il n' y avait pas de fenêtre dans cette chambre ce qui en rajoutait à cette pièce triste et humide!J'ai pensé ne pas être écoutée parce que seule...A l'accueil,on m'a répondu que des clients aimaient faire leur ménage!Non,je ne rêvais pas!
