"The host Blanca was very attentive and most helpful. The Villa was a short bus ride from the centre and the buses were every 10 minutes. The bed and bedding were fabulous and the breakfast a delight.The secure parking was a bonus."

"Perfect in everyway. Location right on the edge of the old town,facilities of free mini bar and readily available tea,coffee and hot chocolate from a drinks station was a nice touch. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. No keys just a code to gain access was a breathe of fresh air. Finally, when rained they provided umbrellas to venture out with. Would I book this place again? Absolutely YES. "

"Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing staff that were extremely friendly and attentive. Hotel Arbaso is conveniently situated 10 minutes (walk) from Old Towne. The cathedral views from the Premium Room in particular were amazing. The decor and amenities in the room (bidet, his and hers sink, Marshall bluetooth speaker) were very well thought out. I especially loved the shower. 10/10 will stay again next time I'm in San Sebastian. "

"We stayed in a duplex which was spotless and all staff we came across were really friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and we could control the temperature both in the bedroom and seating area separately. The hotel is really well Located for both the old town and Gros. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again. "
