Great hotel in a central location. Front desk staff all were very nice and spoke great English. We had a very nice and comfortable room with a little balcony overlooking the park. Traveling in off-season/mid-week, the price was an incredible value for this hotel.

We stayed in a duplex which was spotless and all staff we came across were really friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and we could control the temperature both in the bedroom and seating area separately. The hotel is really well Located for both the old town and Gros. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Room mate was good overall

I enjoyed this hotel very much. It is renovated to a high standard. The rooms are well insulated against noise although on Saturday night we heard some noise. The amenities and bathroom were very good and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The position of the hotel is great!

The hotel is located in the center of San Sebastián. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and the beach. The staff is friendly and attentive. The concierge staff gave us a list of a variety restaurants including Michelin Star restaurants. The food in San Sebastián is excellent.
