A great hotel and so welcoming for us and our two dogs. AGoing to book on our return leg to the UK. It’s in a good location a 20 minute walk into the centre of town through some nice areas with tapas bars and people milling about. Definitely recommend.

Decent stay except for sewer smell from shower

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there was a strong sewer smell coming from the shower drains. We needed to use a wet towel to cover the drain when not in use.

Large spacious clean room with fresh towels daily. Excellent buffet breakfast available for €9. Great transport service but the promenade & Old Town easily walkable. Also Reale Arena is less than 10 mins away.

Great stopover on our way to France. Parking a bit far away, but helpful staff guided us. super nice with dog bed and bowls for our dog that was also offered a snack on arrival. Nice breakfast to a reasonable price.

Incredible value for money

We loved our 2 night stay here over Christmas. Staff amazing, room big, quiet, comfy and spotless and breakfast included an added bonus. Bus stop outside into town (less than €2) or walkable in about 20 mins. I would come back here in a heartbeat when visiting next.

The hotel is very nice. Has an underground parking one block away. Staff was friendly and profesional. Breakfast was not so great, and while the king size bed was HUGE and very comfortable, the smaller beds where a little noisy and a little hard. Overall the hotel is quite good, but price is somewhat high compared to other good hotels nearby outside of San Sebastián.

Good location and very comfortable rooms

Our room was very large and the bed comfortable. We had a balcony but I don’t think many other rooms did. The breakfast had a good selection and all the staff were very friendly. It was a 20 min walk into the old town but there were lots of facilities nearby. The bus stop outside took us straight to Ondarerra.

We got the Suite and it was huge. The room, the toilets were all very clean. Friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast. The parking is not in the building, but there is a convenient parkling lot quite close. Only one recommendation, the bath has see through walls from the room. Would suggest privacy glass for the shower room,

Room was very big and clean. Bed was comfortable. About a 15-20 minute walk to the old town and center. The only issue we had was a very noisy pipe in our room that went off every time someone flushed the toilet. Otherwise stay was very comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy and we appreciated the earlier check in time.

This was a good option for a 3 night stay in San Sebastián. Staff were really helpful and the room was extremely clean and spacious! Only down side was parking our hire car. It cost €60 and was a bit of a trek with the luggage as it was not next to or underneath the hotel. That said, if visiting SS via public transport in the future, I would certainly stay here again.
