"We loved our stay the front desk people were amazing very helpful we only had 1 issue with the smell of weed coming through our air conditioner but the front desk fixed the problem right away an we had no more problems very clean comfortable quite an walking distance to stores holly the feont desk person helped us get into a pet room cause we traveled with a small dog so i suggested to call the hotel it self if you book through a 3rd party plus we checked in early an got it cheaper than the 3rd...

"Nice little hotel / motel. The ladies working in the office were very friendly & helpful. There are several places to get something to eat within a short walking distance. The room was clean & had everything we needed (including a refrigerator & microwave). Bed & pillows were comfortable. It was quiet & we had a good nights sleep. Plenty of easy parking. My wife & I stayed here after driving from Gatlinburg, after visiting the Smokey Mountains National Park."

"The room was okay. It is a 2-3 star property. The breakfast bar was limited - the waffle was the best part. Everything was working in the room and the staff was very friendly. It is on a main highway and close to fast food. It was fine for a quick overnight stay. "

"Very convenient spot to stay in Cherokee. I took my own coffee pot from home. Brought my own snacks. They will give you extra trash bags and towels if you ask for them. Water took a little time heating up but it got there eventually. Very quite. Elevator was broken. "
