The grounds were dingy. Unappealing from the outside. However, the rooms were exceptionally clean. I would not have stayed upon seeing the place, but for the non-refundable deposit.

Considering the lowest price comparative to other options in the town: Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. Room and area was clean and well kept. Amenities such as towels or cups were "minimalist".
