"The staff were wonderful and accommodating & it felt welcoming right from the start. Wish I had checked out the restaurant at the top! The pool is amazing, but strange set up with lounges/chairs. Would be great to have more loungers. The gym is the BEST! Great set up, clean and has everything you need for a hotel workout. The Spa looked incredible, although we didn't make a booking there. "The view, location, the cleanliness but the room was a bit small compared to the price. The staff were great but breakfast chef at level 11 was an exceptional individual. He wasn’t just cooking, he came out and entertained the customers, please do not lose him, I want to come back to see him for more croissant and pastries. Overall it was a comfortable stay. "

"The opera house and circular view was amazing. Room was lovely and clean and bed was so comfortable. It was great to have use of the early arrivals room after we checked out and until we left at 5.30pm. Special mention for concierge staff who were fabulous throughout."
