"Yes the room was extremely clean but the best of all were the incredibly comfortable beds....just divine!!! "Angel at the reception was very friendly, kind and capable. We had to wait for the shullte bus at the airport about one hour because of the hotel's poor arrangement, moreover we realized at the time of check-in that the hotel stopped shuttle bus service between the hotel and Mascot station we booked in advance.
