"Lovely stay at the Fullerton. It is a very central location and close to the light rail. Self-Parking at Angel place is $35/night and only a short 4-5min walk from the hotel. Our twin room was nice and spacious with a great sized bathroom. The view onto the clock tower and city was beautiful especially at night."

"Definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel as listed… don’t even include still bottled water etc. Front desk staff not very friendly. Room was clean but definitely feel like they skimped on some of the amenities. Room was listed to have record player and didn’t, only received after calling and asking. Rooftop bar was closed for a private event so I didn’t even get to check that out. Vip drink ticket was only given to me after I asked. "

"From the moment we arrived staff were ready to take luggage to room and vehicle to hotel parking. Nothing was a problem for concierge services whether in person, chat service or phone. We travelled with a fully qualified GHAD Assistance Dog. We provided prior knowledge to the Sofitel when booking so no surprises came up with staff. The Dog accompanied the handler everywhere and was accepted by all areas, Spa, Restaurants and Bars without any disruption to other guests. This made for a really enjoyable experience and we will return. In room dining was timely and well presented. Atelier is worth mentioning with a menu and wine selection that catered for all diets. We made use of the Spa service after a couple of days walking about Sydney. Staff were professional, inviting and relaxing."
