"Overall the hotel is wonderful! Located at a prime spot without the premium price. Plenty of cheap and delicious eats nearby as well as some more prestigious and pricey options. The room sizes were excellent and spacious. The check in staff and cleaning staff were wonderful and helpful. The valet/bellboys/bag bags were the worst I have ever met in any hotel! They did not help to unload or load bags, were incredibly argumentative and rude. I am not sure where there sense of entitlement came from and some were more interested in taking a smoke break than helping. The hotel overall is great but be conscious of the valet team if you don’t have a premium car."

"Why would they install an energy guzzling electric toilet controller? The light is permanently on, disturbing sleep; the seat goes up every time you pass the bathroom; ... Ridiculous!"

"This was our second time staying here. First stay we had city view, this time we had darling harbor view. We watched the fireworks on Saturday from our room which was a bonus. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We ordered a very late dinner - burgers and chips and it arrived within 30 mins. The service was great! The only issue which isn't the hotels fault but guests in the room next to us. A family with young children. First night we could just hear a child crying and another running around. The second night the youngest child was crying/screaming for a good 20-30 mins. This was during the fireworks and continued afterwards, to the point we almost phoned the front desk to ask for staff to check on the child. Other than that our 2 nights city getaway to celebrate our anniversary was wonderful."
