"We came and booked for 3 adults for the room. However, on arrival, we only received 2 towels and 2 sets of soap and shampoo, which I had to asked the extra based on my booking. Then for our 8 days of stay, our towels were only exchanged for some of the days, whereas our bed sheets were changed around our day 6 of our stay. In addition, our room were very dimly lit so those that want to have proper make-up in the room would have to use extra lights or the bathroom, and the mirror at the sink is...

"We let them know our flight landed at 9am and they had our room ready when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities were great. The location was walking distance to everything, including all area transportation options, including the cruise port. Breakfast was an amazing assortment and delicious. We will definitely stay again if we travel to Sydney again. "

"Entrance to hotel hard to find on the street as its not sign posted except for a small QT up high above your head in one spot. You need to take a lift up to reception, again not sign posted anywhere except in the lift.
Room was nice, bed comfy, nice bathroom. Need to take a few stairs to our floor but reception offered to take our luggage up. "
