"The hotel is conveniently located very close to a tram stop and 1 stop to the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful although housekeeping needs attention as they missed topping up the coffee pods for the Nespresso machine a few times, no big deal however considering the premium price you pay, well i think this is expected. "Nice room and nice location. However, room promised free toiletries, AC, tea and coffee facilities, and there was none. The shower/sink design was also so small in our particular room you could hardly get in the shower! Please note, you can’t access rooms anytime before 3pm as there room code doesn’t work until 3 on the dot!"
