The bed was not super comfortable and we heard noise from the room above us quite a bit. I also felt like things were not quite as clean as I would expect - I had dropped something that went under the bed and it was incredibly dusty underneath. There was also something spilled on the front of the kitchen cabinets that had not been cleaned off. On the positive side, the staff were nice and friendly when I called and I would say it was as advertised!

The accommodation was suitable for our needs - one night stay and travelling on to Innsbruck the next day by train. We felt that the distance was a bit further than that advertised and booked an Uber the next morning as it was too far to walk with heavy cases. A small kitchenette in the room was a positive bonus. The host was very helpful also.

Liked location. Broken hotplates top, Broken bed side table, loose toilet seat, loose powder points, no sink plug to wash up, shower head leaks, didn't change bed sheets. Pictures on your website are misleading as our room still looks like it is the 1960's.

Overall the room was decent for the price. Room was decently clean and beds were good. Kitchen was small but usable. Laundry in the building was unusable however. The drying machines had water in them and smelled like sewage.

Great place

The people who were at the hotel were extremely helpful, the room was affordable (considering Zurich's prices) and the place was super clean. The only thing that would have made the experience better was if the room had power outlets next to the bed.

The manager was very pleasant & helpful. The room was clean but nowhere near as nice as it appeared in photos. There were lots of little things that needed attention, like dodgy light switches, a fold-up bedside table that was wobbly (therefore unusable) & a kettle that poured water everywhere except in the cup. The shower is very small, but water is hot & the pressure good. Having a fridge & microwave was very handy. I probably wouldn't walk the streets at night alone. We were very grateful to be given access to the room 2 hrs before our official check-in time of 3pm.

Pretty standard hotel, nothing special but also not a bad thing. Kitchen means you can save a lot on eating out prices, so for travellers passing through like me, this was ideal.

Nice affordable stay

The place was cute, affordable, lots of amenities, super comfortable bedding. Very walkable location and easy to navigate. Maybe a ten minute walk to the main train station and 20 to Old Town. We did have a leaky shower and wish it would have been easier to get ahold of someone. Calling isn’t easy when you’re from out of the country.

Clean apartment in a safe area. Within walking distance to the Old Town and Lake Zurich. Close to a river that you can swim in and enjoy some of the Zurich nightlife.
