"Die Rezeption ist schwr zu ginden, da diese von einem anderen Hotel mit bearbeitet wird. Dort wurde dann allerdings freundlich geholfen. Das 3 Personen Zimmer ist klein und hatte kein wlan. Die Klimaanlage istvin einer Nische verbaut und kühlt somit nur einen kleinen Teil des Zimmers. Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Seeblick und ab 6.15 wurde es auf der Straße sehr laut, so dass man nicht schlafen konnte.dss Frühstück wird in einem kleinen Café eingenommen und besteht nur aus kaffee und einem...

"The apartment was very spacious and clean. It has everything we needed to cook our own meals. It was located right in front of the train which made it extremely convenient. The only negative thing is that there was no ventilation even with the windows open. I would request an apartment with windows facing the rail road tracks as fresh air comes from that direction. Our rooms had the windows towards the road so there was no ventilation which made it hard to sleep at night, even with the fans that were in the rooms."

"The main hotel building is beautiful and well maintained, creating a great first impression. However, the separate apartment buildings where our room was located felt much smaller and did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property. From the moment you step through the doors, you are wrapped in a warmth that feels more like visiting a beloved relative than staying at a hotel. The interior is wonderfully "quaint" in the best sense of the word, cozy nooks, classic Alpine decor.However, the real showstopper is the view. Waking up to the panoramic vista of the shimmering lake against the backdrop of the snow-capped peaks is nothing short of magical. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee gazing out your window, the scenery is utterly unforgettable. Location-wise, you simply cannot beat it. The hotel is perfectly positioned just a stone's throw from the heart of the village, making it incredibly convenient to pop out to the boutiques and charming restaurants. Despite being so central, we always felt completely safe and secure, enjoying peaceful strolls even in the evening. The staff are the true soul of this hotel. They are genuinely friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to ensure you feel at home, offering great local tips with a smile. And after a long day of exploring, sinking into the comfortable, plush bedding was amazing and just what we needed. We will be back! Thank you."

"This property was a true gem passed through families. The staff were so kind and welcoming, I loved hearing their stories! They have a precious dog on the property who has been there for 17 years! A lovely dinner restaurant with delicious food! The hotel is beautiful still being part of history and keeping it that way!"

"The check in staff were extremely helpful and kind. The property is wonderfully located near the tram up to Harder Kulm, and the views of the surrounding river and mountains are a treat. I opted to include breakfast in our stay and it was well worth it; an array of options and the food was delicious. The property has a concierge who helped me plan my day with information on how to get to sites, and the opportunity to purchase my train tickets on site. I have nothing but great things to say about all those with whom I interacted, the comfort of the room, and the lovely locale. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hapimag staff!"
