"The staff were incredible! The service was truly above and beyond! Our room had a view of the Matterhorn, which was amazing, though I do wish we had been one floor higher for a bit more privacy. We loved having the sauna and steam shower right in our room, it made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. "Immaculate, spacious room, and comfortable bed. Strong, hot, shower. Decent air conditioning. The only oddity is lack of microwave, but you get an oven instead (and food reheated that way tastes better, anyway). If you like windows open, the road by the property is not quiet on weekday mornings, and there are no reliable spots to find food anywhere near the property. But that's kind of an Italy thing, anyway. Learn the bus system before you arrive -- it's state-of-the-art and your best bet...

"A very convenient location, great views, complimentary stuff if the mini fridge and welcome bottle of wine - a nice touch. The conditioner drips water, I had to put a towel under so not to get any puddles. Corner room 139, great view!!"
