"Wonderful location on a secluded island in the centre of Stockholm. It is about a 15 minute walk to Gamla Stan.
The hotel is a historic building in which great care has been taken with the design inside and out. We loved the gardens and it was wonderful to sit outside on the terrace to have breakfast in the glorious summer sunshine. The breakfast was very good- freshly prepared with quality ingredients. "What a beautiful Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Fast check in, great room, clean, all normal facilities of excellent condition and quality. Good breakfast buffet. Very well located with access to all forms of transport and a stones throw to the main station. Metro just meters from the front door as with hop on hop off bus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was super cool and stylish--comfortable, clean, and plenty of amenities as well. Lots of things to do around the hotel--walkable or public transport-accessible to everything. The hotel has events like bike rides and runs too--we didn't do these, but was great to have the options. "
"Very convenient to central station can walk in two minutes. I meant to stay here only one night to catch an early train to Copenhagen. Value price, clean comfortable rooms. I ended up having a medical emergency and had to change my travel plans and stayed three nights. The staff was most helpful and rarely have had such caring customer service. "
