"Staff were excellent, good facilities very clean. We experienced no noise from other guests and slept well. One thing i would suggest is that, there should be two towel hooks in the bathroom's. The one in our room wasn't sufficient."

"A wonderful place to stay! We have stayed before when cooked breakfast was available but our out of season stay this time saw a continental breakfast only. Excellent new coffee/drinks machine. Previously we have always stayed in the main building but this time we opted for Louisa lodge. This surpassed our expectations. We will be back."

"Old Fashioned Hotel. Gardens. Right by the sea and close to the City Centre. Very good water pressure for shower. Had small double room which was fine as only there to sleep. A long walk to get to lift for my room. Charge £5 extra a day to use the pool. Exceptional service - best I've ever experienced. Stayed an extra night I was so comfortable there. Thank you."
