"Hello thank you for the wonderful stay it was very pleasant and we loved the hotel and staff support! Can you please tell me, in our room there were bed comforters to lay down on what is the brand? I want to buy in Canada but they were made in Norway I think? They are so comfortable we loved them! Anthony "

"Lovely hotel. As it's not huge, it had a lovely, cosy atmosphere. Staff were all great. Very helpful and efficient. We loved the breakfast, with good choice of hot and cold items. The afternoon "Fika" was great and the lovely evening meal was a real bonus. The room was very nice. We overlooked the waterfront, which was fabulous. The only slight downside was absence of storage space. A very small recess in the wall, just inside the door, with 4 coathangers and no drawers whatsoever. Having said that, it didn't detract from a very enjoyable stay and we would stay again if we go back to Tromso "

"Amazing location and close to amenities. Room was decent with minor issues (no toilet paper, malfunctioning heater) which was resolved immediately by the hotel staff."
